Sleep Notes · 30 NightsA gentle sleep observation note

This is not a sleep test. No sleep scores, no "how many hours is normal." It's a note for gently observing, over 30 nights, which nights felt easy and what helped.

🌙 A 30-night observation note · with your child, or for yourself
Whose sleep are you observing?
🌙 Either is fine. Whether you fill it in with your child or for yourself — this is a note for observing, not a plan to fix sleep. A rough night is no one's fault.

😴 30 nights · observe gently
Each night, just one emoji and one line you remember — that's plenty. Skip any night you don't fill in (blanks are OK). No scores, no pass/fail.

📝 Looking back on 30 nights
📝 Patterns you're seeing now
Don't add up a score — look across 30 nights and gather what stands out. Like, "these nights felt easy, and this is what helped."
🌙 Sleep isn't something to score — it's something to observe gently.
Seeing the pattern shows the way to help — it's okay if there were rough nights.

👪 Read this together
This is not a sleep test or diagnosis. No sleep-efficiency %, no score, no "normal hours" verdict. It's a record for observing sleep.
Sleep can't be forced by effort — a rough night is no one's fault. We don't pin one night's state on one single cause — we look at how they're doing, the environment, daytime activity, and emotion together.
It's good to look at this record together with a pediatrician, sleep counselor, or professional. If difficulties persist, consult a professional. (If you're keeping it for yourself) this isn't a self-treatment instruction — it's a tool for observation and self-compassion. It doesn't recommend medication or supplements; for severe insomnia or a crisis, please seek professional care.
📦 Extended sleep note · inquire about consultation materials
We're preparing an extended sleep observation note (weekly summary cards · a consultation-sharing sheet) for classrooms, clinics, homes, and pilots. If you need it, please get in touch — there's no price or purchase yet.
